JustPost is a service operated by Webseller OÜ (registry code: 16## ####, registered in Estonia). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the JustPost service ("Service").

1. Data We Collect

When you use JustPost, we collect and process the following data:

Account information: Your name, email address, phone number, and business name provided during signup.
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Media content: Photos, videos, and voice memos you send via WhatsApp or Telegram for processing and publishing to your connected social media accounts.
Social media credentials: OAuth tokens for your connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts, used solely for posting on your behalf.
Usage data: Post history, engagement metrics, and service usage patterns to improve your experience and generate analytics reports.
WhatsApp/Telegram messages: Messages exchanged with the JustPost bot, including text, media, and voice memos, processed for content creation.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the core Service: receiving your media, generating captions, and publishing posts to your connected social media accounts.
To learn and improve your brand's voice profile based on your posting history and feedback.
To send you post previews, confirmations, and analytics reports via WhatsApp or Telegram.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To improve the Service and develop new features.
To communicate with you about your account, including service updates and support.

3. Data Processing & Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Amsterdam, Netherlands).
Media files are stored temporarily for processing and are retained for up to 90 days for analytics and support purposes.
AI processing of your content is performed via Anthropic's Claude API. Content sent for AI processing is not used to train AI models.
Voice memos are transcribed using speech-to-text services and the audio is deleted after transcription.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate JustPost:

Twilio: WhatsApp Business API for messaging (USA-based, EU data processing available).
Stripe: Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant).
Anthropic (Claude): AI caption generation.
Late.dev: Social media posting API.
DigitalOcean: Server hosting (EU region).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, solely to provide the Service. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

As an EU-based service, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data.
Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection: Object to certain data processing activities.
Withdraw consent: At any time, without affecting prior processing.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.
Media files are retained for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted.
Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
Analytics data is retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Cookies

The JustPost website uses only essential cookies required for the functioning of the site. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Children

JustPost is a business service and is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via WhatsApp or email. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision.
