These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JustPost service ("Service") operated by Webseller OÜ ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Estonia. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

JustPost is an AI-powered social media management service. Users send photos, videos, and voice memos via WhatsApp, and the Service generates captions, creates videos with background music, and publishes content to connected social media platforms on the user's behalf. Supported platforms include but are not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Bluesky, Reddit, Threads, and Telegram.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You must be the authorized representative of the business for which you are creating content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected WhatsApp number(s).
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Each WhatsApp number may only be connected to one business account. To manage multiple businesses, a separate WhatsApp number is required for each.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Two plans are available:
- Branding Partner Plan (79€/month excl. VAT) — Includes all features. A small "#JustPost" hashtag and "@justpost.social" mention are added to published posts. The Company may showcase your published content on JustPost's own social media channels and marketing materials. See Section 5 for details.
- Standard Plan (89€/month excl. VAT) — Includes all features. No JustPost branding is added to your posts. Your content will not be used for JustPost marketing purposes.
Both plans include unlimited posts, all supported platforms, all languages, video creation with music, comment management, voice memo processing, and Stories/Reels publishing.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges.
The subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied based on your country of residence in accordance with EU VAT/OSS regulations. For B2B customers with a valid EU VAT number, reverse charge may apply.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months.
Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid period, after which posting will stop.
Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

5. Branding Partner Program

Subscribers on the Branding Partner Plan (79€/month) agree to the following:
- A "#JustPost" hashtag and "@justpost.social" mention will be automatically appended to the caption of each published post.
- The Company may repost, share, or showcase your published content (photos, videos, and captions) on JustPost's own social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, and others) for promotional purposes.
- When reposting your content, the Company will not attribute the content to your business name unless you have given explicit consent.
- You may switch from the Branding Partner Plan to the Standard Plan at any time. The change takes effect at the next billing cycle, after which branding tags will no longer be added and content showcasing will cease.
Subscribers on the Standard Plan (89€/month) will not have any JustPost branding added to their posts, and their content will not be used for JustPost marketing purposes.

6. Referral Program

Each subscriber receives a unique referral code upon registration.
When a new customer subscribes using your referral code, both the referrer and the referred customer receive a 50% discount on their next monthly billing cycle.
The referral discount applies after the referred customer's first successful paid invoice (not during the free trial period).
Referral discounts are applied automatically via Stripe as a one-time coupon. Only one referral discount may be applied per billing cycle.
The referral program may be modified or discontinued at any time with 14 days' notice to active subscribers.
Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referrals obtained through misleading means will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.

7. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and other media you send to the Service.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, modify (crop, resize, enhance, add music, create video versions), and publish your content to your connected social media accounts.
For Branding Partner Plan subscribers, this license extends to reposting and showcasing your content on JustPost's own social media channels as described in Section 5.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you submit. Do not submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
AI-generated captions are created for your use and become your property upon publication.

8. AI-Generated Content

Captions and text are generated by artificial intelligence based on your media, your brief, and your business's style profile.
You have the opportunity to review and approve all content before it is published, unless you have enabled autopilot features (such as automatic comment replies).
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before approving publication.
We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated captions that you approved for publication or that were published via autopilot features you enabled.

9. Background Music

The Service may add background music to video content created from your photos or videos.
All music tracks in the JustPost library are AI-generated and royalty-free for use in social media posts published through the Service.
The music license is limited to posts published through the Service. You may not extract, download, or use the music tracks independently outside of the Service.

10. Comment Management

The Service can draft replies to comments on your social media posts and send them to you for approval via WhatsApp.
If you enable autopilot mode for comment replies, the Service will automatically post AI-generated replies to comments on your behalf without individual approval.
You may disable autopilot mode at any time by sending "MANUAL" via WhatsApp.
We are not liable for any consequences arising from automatically posted comment replies in autopilot mode.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Publish illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties.
Publish misleading advertising or fraudulent content.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Share your account access with unauthorized parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Social Media Platforms

The Service publishes content to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' terms, APIs, or availability.
You must comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
We are not liable for content removal, account restrictions, or other actions taken by social media platforms.

13. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, with reasonable notice when possible.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, social media platforms, payment processors).

14. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

15. Intellectual Property

The JustPost name, logo, software, and technology are the property of Webseller OÜ.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

16. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

17. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
For EU consumers: You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
